His career spans a broad spectrum of domains including auditing, accounting, due diligence, sales & marketing, human resources, performance management, strategic planning, and grievance redressal — all aligned with driving sustainable organisational growth.
Throughout his professional journey, he have successfully led teams of experts in executing a range of capital market transactions, including equity placements, debt syndications, project appraisals, and mergers & acquisitions. My agnostic and cross-functional experience enables me to deliver value across multiple verticals with a results-oriented and governance-driven approach.

Vineeth Chandran is an internationally qualified professional in Tourism and Hotel Management. He pursued his education in the United Kingdom, specialising in Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality Management, and is also an IATA-certified expert in Airline Reservations. He is having managerial experienced in Travel and Tourism and allied services.
Recognising the growing global demand for medical tourism, he established his own organization. As the Founder and Managing Director, he has led the company in delivering integrated medical and wellness tourism services that meet international standards.
His ultimate vision is to position India as a global hub for healing and wellness, offering clients transformative travel experiences through his organisation.
Smt. Vineeta Hariharan

Smt. Vineeta Hariharan is a nationally recognised Public Policy Leader with over two decades of the experience driving impact across government, corporates, and multilateral initiatives. An alumna of the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), New Delhi, and the Lee Kuannet Yew School of Public Policy, Singapore, she has played a pivotal role in shaping key national programmes such as the National Rurban Mission (NRuM), PMFME, and RAMP.
Her expertise spans rural development, MSMEs, livelihoods, and corporate policy, where she has brought about systemic change at both the grassroots and national levels. A strong advocate for women-led enterprises, she actively mentors emerging women entrepreneurs and is a frequent contributor to national media on governance issues.
In recognition of her contributions, she has been honoured with the Woman of Excellence Award by the Indian Achievers’ Forum.

Dr. Damodaran Hari is a distinguished engineering professional with over 41 years of extensive experience in the public and private sectors. A retired senior engineer from a reputed government body, he has made significant contributions to the fields of infrastructure development, technical standards, and organisational management throughout his illustrious career.
Post-retirement, Dr. Hari has continued to serve in leadership roles and currently holds directorships in multiple companies. His vast technical expertise and management skills have positioned him as a key figure in guiding corporate governance and operational excellence in various industries.
In addition to his corporate roles, Dr. Hari is an accredited auditor and actively supports a national accreditation body, contributing to quality assurance and standardisation processes across technical and educational institutions.

Dr. Pratibha Sharma
Head of the National Corporate Commitee
Dr. Pratibha Sharma is an accomplished corporate leader with over 20 years of progressive experience in business strategy, corporate affairs, and technology-driven growth. Beginning her career as a Consultant for Reliance Industries Ltd. (2005–2009), she provided critical market intelligence, managed enterprise knowledge and document management systems, and supported 14 diversified business sectors through innovative reporting and marketing strategies. She then advanced to IBM India Pvt. Ltd. (2009–2013), where she rose to the position of Assistant Director and PMO, leading South Asia operations for Tivoli software implementation.
At IBM, she successfully scaled operations from a two-member team to a large technical division of 150+ engineers, directed global restructuring initiatives that reduced fixed costs by 35%, and delivered major enterprise projects, including the implementation of CBOT. Building on this foundation, she assumed leadership as Director of Global Ventures and Aditya Enterprises & Trading Pvt. Ltd., where she played a pivotal role in transforming the company into a nationally recognized and internationally influential enterprise.
