To ensure decentralised and efficient delivery, DSS operates through a comprehensive organisational network comprising National, State, District, Taluk, and grassroots-level committees. This multi-tiered structure allows DSS to reach diverse communities while upholding high standards of professionalism, transparency, and accountability.

Operational Structure
- The National Executive Committee introduces schemes and provides procedural guidelines.
- State Committees implement these guidelines at the District and Taluk levels.
- All committee leaders are appointed by the Executive Board and are expected to uphold DSS’s high ethical and professional standards.
Member Engagement
DSS encourages members to submit applications and petitions through their respective State Committees. These are escalated to the National Executive Committee, which liaises directly with government authorities. Members also benefit from exclusive DSS welfare programs.
Implementation And Coordination
National Coordinators, appointed for various sectors, oversee efficient program delivery. DSS’s digital platform and website ensure seamless access to services, enabling members to track submissions and receive updates in real time.
